HADLEY, Mass. (WGGB) -- One day after two teens plead guilty to their alleged involvement in the death of Phoebe Prince, a third teenager has taken a plea deal.
Thursday morning, Sharon Chanon Velazquez admitted to sufficient facts and plead delinquent on a charge of criminal harassment in Franklin-Hampshire Juvenile Court.
Velazquez was sentenced to probation until her 18th birthday, which is July 8, 2011. She was also ordered to conduct 50 hours of community service, stay away from the Prince family, and to not profit from the case.
Two other teenagers, Sean Mulveyhill and Kayla Narey, plead guilty Wednesday in Hampshire County Superior Court in Northampton to one count each of Criminal Harassment. They were both ordered to serve one year probation and conduct 100 hours of community service.
abc40 and FOX 6's Ray Hershel and Nathan O'Leary are at the courthouse and will have the latest as it becomes available.
