CONSTRUCTION has begun on the latest residential stage at Devine’s $200 million Sandstone Lakes community.
Registration on the 31 lots in stage nine is now complete.
Devine Queensland general manager Andrew Brimblecombe said the rapid growth of Sandstone Lakes was attracting a new group of buyers, looking for affordable homesites in a relaxed setting.
“It has been exciting to see Sandstone Lakes take shape over the years,” he said.
“Sandstone Lakes has grown into an attractive, safe community perfect for the growing family.
“New buyers are quickly realising the excellent investment potential and amazing lifestyle opportunities offered by Sandstone Lakes and are showing continued interest in the home sites.”
The new Bebo Bridge, which connects Sandstone Lake’s island precinct to the “mainland” part of the estate, has been nominated in the Boral Construction Awards and is helping to increase accessibility to the development.
