WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- People were still boarding discount buses to the Big Apple Wednesday, despite concerns stemming from Tuesday's deadly bus crash on 95 in Virginia.
"It makes me nervous," said one passenger in Chinatown on Wednesday.
"That's what you get for the price. Obviously, the quality is poor
," said a New Yorker who chose not to ride the bus that day.
But a number of passengers said they are avid riders and have never had problems.
"I ride this because of the price ($20 from DC to NY
)," said Ava Ferguson. "I do a lot of traveling and I've never had a problem."
