Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has nose rebuilt in three-hour op at Harley Street clinic

Palmer-Tomkinson has undergone a three-hour operation to reconstruct her damaged nose.

The 39-year-old took the decision to go under the knife after worrying about last month’s Royal Wedding because of her facial appearance.

The reformed drug addict, who has admitted to once having a cocaine problem, had the operation on her septum on Wednesday at a Harley Street clinic in London.
The novelist and aspiring musician was treated by Dr Charles East, one of the country’s leading ear, nose and throat surgeons.
Tara was last night recovering at her West London home where she was being cared for by her mother, Patti, one of Prince Charles’s friends.

‘Tara is over the moon with her new nose,’ says a friend. ‘She was expecting to look like something out of Phantom Of The Opera, but it’s all very neat.
