LeAnn Rimes defends her ribs, calls them abs

LeAnn Rimes blasts her Twitter followers for saying she's too thin. The country music songstress defended her "abs" when some of her followers thought she was too thin.
The 28-year-old singer posted a photo of herself in a skimpy bikini while on a vacation with new husband Eddie Cibrian. The photo was probably meant to look sexy, but people got to see her ribcage protruding from the side of her body.
The reaction of some of her followers wasn't what she was hoping to get so she quickly took to Twitter to defend her body.
She replied to a follower who thought she was "scary skinny:" "Those are called abs, not bones, love."
Rimes also posted: "This is my body, and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl. I'm just lean. Thanks for your concern, but no need to be."
This is not the first time Rimes had to defend her skeletal body. Last month, she claimed she was "so over" the weight issue while lashing out at those who thought she was completely emaciated.
