EEDAR's Jesse Divnich told IndustryGamers he thinks the monthly subscription price "will range in the $4.99 area [about £3]", and that Elite could penetrate up to 20 percent of Modern Warfare 3 purchasers.He said this "likely translates into about two to four million subscribers after 12 months and likely 1.5 million subscribers by the end of 2011".
Meanwhile, Michael Pachter said the annual subscription price could be between $50 and $60 (£30-37).
He also told Gamasutra: "I think Activision hopes to get up to one million subscribers this year. From there, they hope to get it up to three million next year, then up to five million. Over time, they'd like to migrate everyone over to it."
